I operate as a legally registered digital artist. Upon accepting your commission, you will receive a formal Commission Agreement and an invoice via PayPal.

• A 20% deposit is required to secure your position in the queue and begin the initial project preparation and 3D concept development.
• The remaining 80% balance is due only after you have reviewed and officially approved the initial 3D concept.
• At the Artist's discretion, you may instead be offered the option to pay 100% of the total price upfront.

The deposit and balance are subject to the cancellation and refund terms outlined in my Terms of Service (TOS).

To ensure a seamless experience, the entire tracking and approval process is managed through your personal Client Dashboard on my website.

Throughout the commission, I will upload work-in-progress files and milestone deliverables to your dashboard. Whenever a production milestone requires your review, you will be able to click [Approve] or [Request Revisions] directly on the page. You can then submit your consolidated feedback and attach reference files.

I will notify you by email when each milestone becomes ready. During checkout, you may optionally select one available social media platform where I will also send a duplicated milestone notification. Social media notifications are provided for convenience and do not replace official communication via email or your Client Dashboard.

This dashboard system is designed to provide you with clear progress tracking and a structured way to manage your order.

The estimated active production time depends on the Commission Type:

• Closed: 12–24 working days.
• Teeth: 14–28 working days.
• Maw Shot: 24–48 working days.

A 4K resolution add-on may require an additional 2–4 working days.

These estimates refer to active production time and do not include waiting time before your position in the queue is reached. The overall estimated period from receipt of your initial payment to final delivery is approximately two (2) weeks to six (6) calendar months, including queue waiting time and active production. The actual timeframe may vary depending on queue position, project complexity, revision rounds, your response times, and selected add-ons. You can track your current project status through your personal Client Dashboard.

At key milestone stages, you will review the work via your Client Dashboard. Revisions are structured as follows:

• Minor Adjustments: You are allocated 3 complimentary revision rounds at each applicable review stage (Concept, Model, Compositing, and Animation). A single "round" encompasses a consolidated list of multiple tweaks submitted together. Additional rounds are billed at $5 per round.
• Structural Changes (3D Model Stage): If a requested change requires re-sculpting already-approved detailed 3D geometry, it is considered a structural rework. I will provide a visual "Rework Impact Map" showing the estimated percentage of the model affected and the corresponding quote (1% of rework = $3, up to $300) before any additional work begins.

Yes. The animated wallpapers are specifically compiled for Wallpaper Engine, which must be purchased separately (Windows OS only).

The Artist is not responsible for software installation or compatibility with the Client's hardware.

Yes. If your request fits my artistic capabilities, it will be treated with the utmost respect and anatomical attention to detail.

If you are unsure whether your idea is suitable, you are welcome to describe your concept in the Commission Form and I will review it before accepting the project.

My refund policy is tied to production milestones to protect both your investment and my work.

• Before Stage 1 begins: the Deposit may be refunded in full, minus any non-refundable PayPal transaction fees.
• During Stages 1–2: the Deposit is retained and there is no further billing.
• After the Balance is paid but before Stage 3 begins: the Balance may be refunded in full, minus applicable PayPal fees.
• During Stage 3: If you cancel after Stage 3 has begun but before Stage 4 approval, you may be eligible for a partial refund equal to 40% of the Balance. If you cancel after Stage 4 approval, no refund is issued. If the Artist terminates the Agreement, the refund rules in the TOS apply.

Absolutely. Your real name and personal contact information are strictly confidential, and only your Character's Name (OC) or chosen alias may appear on the public queue.

If you require total confidentiality, preventing me from displaying the artwork in my portfolio or social media, I offer a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for an additional 50% surcharge on the total commission price.

The NDA must be requested and agreed in writing before the relevant commission work begins.
