PRIVACY POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION

In this Privacy Policy, "the Artist" refers to Napolova Margarita, an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia (Identification Number 345786367), trading under the name Miss Rina.

The Artist respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with:
  • Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection;
  • The Digital Artwork Commission Agreement;
  • Industry-standard confidentiality practices.

By using the Artist’s website or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and how your personal data may be processed as described herein.

2. INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE ARTIST

To fulfill high-end commission requests and operate the Client Dashboard, the Artist may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity and Contact Data: Full legal name, email address, country of residence, and social media handles or account identifiers (only if voluntarily provided for project notifications, communication, or tagging purposes).
  • Financial Information: Transaction details processed via PayPal (Note: The Artist does not collect or store credit card numbers or bank details directly).
  • Project and Lore Data: Character reference sheets, personality traits, background lore, and specific artistic preferences provided via the Commission Form.
  • Technical and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Client Dashboard (e.g., approval timestamps).

3. HOW THE ARTIST USES YOUR DATA

Your personal data is processed strictly for the following purposes:
  • Order Fulfillment: To create and deliver commissioned digital artwork, manage your personal Client Dashboard, and communicate project updates via email, the Client Dashboard, and, where voluntarily provided by the Client, one selected social media platform for duplicated milestone readiness notifications.
  • Public Queue Management (Trello / Website): To maintain transparency, the Artist utilizes a public queue. Only your Character's Name (OC Name) or a chosen alias will be displayed publicly. Your real name and email will never be exposed on the public queue.
  • Legal Compliance: To maintain accounting records as required by Georgian tax legislation (retention for up to 6 years).
This Privacy Policy explains how the Artist collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in connection with the Artist’s website.
4. PORTFOLIO, PUBLICATION, AND ANONYMITY

The Artist operates a transparent portfolio policy regarding the artwork itself:
  • Default Anonymity: The Artist respects the Client’s privacy. While the Artist retains the right to publish the final artwork, WIPs (Works in Progress), and showcase videos on social media and missrina.art, the Client's real identity will remain strictly anonymous unless the Client explicitly requests to be tagged or credited.
  • Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If the Client wishes to keep the Work confidential, a formal NDA must be requested and agreed in writing before the relevant commission work begins. An NDA incurs an additional NDA fee (50% surcharge) on top of the total commission price, as it restricts the Artist's ability to use the work for promotional purposes.

5. DATA SHARING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Artist does not sell, rent, or disclose your personal data to unauthorized third parties. Data is shared only with trusted, secure service providers required to execute the commission:
  • Tilda Publishing: For hosting the website and managing the secure Client Dashboard.
  • PayPal: For secure invoice processing.
  • Google Drive / Cloud Services: For secure file delivery and reference storage.

6. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY

  • Retention: Order data and correspondence are retained for the duration of the collaboration plus 2 years. Accounting records are kept for 6 years as mandated by Georgian law.
  • Security: The Artist implements technical measures, including SSL encryption for website data transfers and restricted access to the Client Dashboard, to prevent unauthorized access or data loss.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Georgian Law "On Personal Data Protection" and aligning with GDPR principles, you have the right to:
  1. Access: Request a copy of your personal data held by the Artist.
  2. Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  3. Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data (where legally permissible, excluding data required for tax compliance).
  4. Lodge Complaints: Contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

8. POLICY UPDATES

The Artist reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published at missrina.art/privacypolicy and are effective immediately upon posting.
