4.3 Additional considerations:
The base prices listed above apply to the standard scope of the respective Commission Type. Additional characters, accessories, major technical requirements, or other elements falling outside the standard scope may require an additional fee.
Any such additional fee will be communicated to the Client and agreed upon before the additional work begins. The Client will not be charged for additional complexity that has not been approved in advance.
5. ORDER PROCESS5.1 Commission requests must be submitted via missrina.art/commissionform. The Client may optionally provide one social media account for receiving duplicated milestone readiness notifications, selecting from the platforms made available in the Commission Form.
5.2 Within seven (7) calendar days, the Artist will:
(a) Contact the Client via email;
(b) Prepare a customized Digital Artwork Commission Agreement (hereinafter "the Agreement") with project-specific terms;
(c) Issue a Deposit invoice (secures queue position at missrina.art/queue).
5.3 The Deposit is subject to the refund and cancellation rules set out in Section 8 and applicable law. Exceptions may apply only where required by applicable law.
5.4 After Stage 2 (3D Concept Approval), the Artist issues the Balance invoice. This invoice consists of the remaining amount of the base commission price, plus 100% of the cost of any selected add-ons (e.g., 4K resolution)
5.5 The working-day estimates listed in Section 4 refer to active production time and do not include waiting time before the Client's position in the production queue is reached. The overall calendar period from payment to final delivery may therefore range from approximately two (2) weeks to six (6) months, depending on queue position, project complexity, Client response times, revisions, and selected Add-ons.
5.6 Payment terms:
(a) Due within 72 hours of invoice receipt;
(b) Late payments may result in queue repositioning.
(c) Where the Client has made a 100% upfront payment, the refund amounts shall be calculated by reference to the corresponding Deposit and Balance portions of the Total Price, as if the payment had been made under the standard payment structure.
5.7 100% Upfront Payment: At the Artist's discretion, the Client may be offered the option to pay the full Total Price upfront. In such case, no further payment will be required during the production process, and all Deliverables will be provided according to the applicable production stages.
5.8 All transactions processed via PayPal to
missrina.art@gmail.com.
5.9 Official communications and project-related notifications are conducted via email and the Client Dashboard. At the Client's option, milestone readiness notifications may also be duplicated through one social media platform selected by the Client from the options made available in the Commission Form. Such social media notifications are provided for convenience only and do not replace official communication via email or the Client Dashboard.
5.10 Project progression requires the Client's written approval via the Dashboard. If the Client fails to respond within 72 hours of a deliverable being uploaded, the stage will be considered automatically approved ("Deemed Acceptance"), and the Artist will proceed to the next stage.
6. WORK PROCESS6.1 Deliverable Reviews: The Client will receive project updates and review deliverables at key milestone stages (Stages 2, 4, 6, and 8) exclusively via the personal Client Dashboard.
6.2 Consolidation Rule: A single "revision round" encompasses all adjustments requested in one consolidated submission by the Client. Feedback provided across multiple, separate messages after work has resumed will be counted as subsequent, billable revision rounds.
6.3 Revision Policy for Stage 2 (3D Concept Approval):
(a) The Client is allocated three (3) complimentary revision rounds at this stage to adjust general proportions, facial structure, and overall silhouette.
(b) Any subsequent revision rounds beyond the initial three will be billed at a flat rate of $5 per round. Work on additional revisions will commence strictly after the respective revision invoice is settled.
6.4 Revision Policy for Stage 4 (3D Model Approval):
At this stage, revisions are strictly categorized into two types:
(a) Minor Adjustments: Changes that do not require altering the detailed geometry (e.g., slight simple object scaling). The Client is allocated three (3) complimentary rounds for minor adjustments. Subsequent rounds are billed at $5 per round.
(b) Structural Changes: Any revisions requiring the re-sculpting of approved baseline geometry or detailed areas. Because the foundation was approved in Stage 2, these changes are considered structural reworks. The Artist will calculate the cost using a visual 'Rework Impact Map'. Pricing is determined by the percentage of the model affected (1% of rework = $3, up to a maximum of 100% = $300). Structural changes will only be implemented after the Rework Invoice is paid in full. The percentage reflects the estimated proportion of the approved production scope affected by the requested structural change and is determined by the Artist using the Rework Impact Map
6.5 Revision Policy for Stage 6 (Compositing Approval):
(a) No 3D structural changes are permitted at this stage.
(b) The Client is allocated three (3) complimentary revision rounds strictly limited to 2D post-production adjustments (e.g., lighting intensity, contrast, color grading, background color).
(c) Subsequent revision rounds beyond the initial three will be billed at a flat rate of $5 per round.
6.6 Revision Policy for Stage 8 (Animated Wallpaper Approval):
(a) No changes to the base 2D artwork or 3D model are permitted at this stage.
(b) The Client is allocated three (3) complimentary revision rounds strictly limited to animation parameters (e.g., breathing speed, physics intensity).
(c) Subsequent revision rounds beyond the initial three will be billed at a flat rate of $5 per round.
6.7 Binding Approvals: Once the Client formally approves a Stage via the Client Dashboard, that stage is considered locked. Returning to a previously approved stage for modifications is strictly prohibited unless negotiated as a new, separately billed Work Order.
